AMLO obtains judgment of $330,000 for car wreck victim who suffered fractured ankle and scapula

At a trial on August 7, 2006, AMLO obtained a verdict of $329,852 for a young client who was involved in an automobile accident. Ashlee was injured when another driver ran a red light, totaling her car, fracturing her ankle and injuring her shoulder.  She underwent two surgeries for her ankle and her medicals totaled nearly $20,000.  Judgment was entered for the medicals plus $300,000 in pain and suffering.  Fayette Circuit Court, Civil Branch, Civil Action Number 05-CI-791.
